We built Drift to help you fall asleep gently and wake up feeling like yourself. If it doesn't do that for you, we don't want your money.
Try Drift for 30 nights. If you're not drifting off easier, email us and we'll refund your purchase — and you can keep the tin.
No return shipping. No hassle. No hard feelings.
How to request a refund
- Email support@remediroots.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout
- Let us know briefly how it went — your feedback genuinely helps us improve
We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of approval. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and it may take a few additional days for your bank to post it.
A few details
- The guarantee covers your first order — one refund per customer
- Refunds cover the product price; original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible
- Subscription orders can be canceled anytime before your next renewal
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@remediroots.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days — we'll make it right immediately, no questions asked.
