Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders $50 and over
- $2.99 flat rate on orders under $50
Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the US.
Total estimated time: about 5–10 business days from order to doorstep.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder — or visit our Track Your Order page.
Order changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us at support@remediroots.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once an order enters fulfillment we may not be able to make changes.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
Lost or delayed packages
Delays can happen once a package is with the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email support@remediroots.com and we'll help track it down.
